From the moment my father passed away to the closing George was always responsive and available and when some issues arose he handled them calmly and explained everything. George also went out of his way to be a mentor to my son, who dabbles in real estate part time. Anyone who doesn’t use George Wonica for their real estate needs does themselves a great disservice.

As one knows moving is stressful & selling a home doubles it. George's listening skills, understanding what a seller or buyer may experience helped me a great deal. He never rushed me thru my many questions. He truly is knowledgeable in real estate & explained the market thoroughly & came up with a great selling price. Which the house sold for more! He kept me updated on the selling progress. His professionalism is above & beyond. During the selling of the home i was preparing the home for moving & caring for my elderly father & there were moments i was not pleasant & George always asked what was going on & encourage me to do a little bit a day. George was amazing! He helped us sell an estate home and we don’t live in NY so everything was done remotely. He was amazing from start to finish (appraisal to listing to closing). He was always available for questions and made the process so easy He even hooked us up with someone in Florida to sell another estate home. I would recommend George to anybody trying to sell a home. I wish we lived closer so I could’ve met him in person!
